Santa Sofía de Asís Foundation – Web Platform for Health Services and Comprehensive Care

I designed and developed the website for the Santa Sofía de Asís Foundation, an institution committed to well-being, social equity, and the provision of comprehensive health services to communities in the Chocó region. The project aimed to strengthen its digital presence, facilitate access to institutional information, and improve communication with patients, users, and strategic partners. The foundation offers specialized medical services, dentistry, clinical laboratory services, rehabilitation, home care, health promotion and prevention, among other health services. The platform was developed with a modern, accessible, and mobile-responsive design, incorporating tools for content management, publishing institutional information, disseminating information about programs and services, contact forms, and search engine optimization (SEO). Thanks to this digital solution, the Santa Sofía de Asís Foundation strengthens its user service capacity, improves the visibility of its services, and consolidates its mission to contribute to social development and improve the quality of life of the population.
